Easy Returns

As a part of the S&T family, we want all of our Miners to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, please let us know. If you would like to return or exchange an item please follow the guidelines below:

Return Policies:

Clothing, Gifts, and School Supplies

Please return the item(s) and receipt to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange. To get started, please fill out our Return Form.

Textbooks

As the official store of the Missouri University of Science and Technology, we guarantee you will get the right books for your classes. If you purchase the wrong book, we will gladly give you a refund up to 14 days from the start of the semester, with your original receipt. Textbook purchases may be refunded with an original receipt within two weeks of the start of classes for the Fall and Spring semesters and within one week for Summer sessions.

• Books must be returned in the condition they were purchased to receive full credit.
  
• Textbooks purchased during the last week of classes or during exams may be sold back under the Sellback policy.
• Course packs, study guides and exam reviews are generally non-refundable.

MinerTech

We want you to feel confident in your technology purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:

Accessories (including power adapters)

Most accessories may be returned within 60 days of purchase in original packaging and in resellable condition for a refund or exchange. Power adapters must be unopened to be eligible for return or exchange.

Computers, Laptops, and Tablets (including Apple)

May be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened or defective. All original packaging and components must be included. Opened Apple products may only be returned if defective.

After 7 days, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Storage Media and Film (including SD cards, USB drives, and camera film)

These items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless defective.
